Who we are

Tembra ("the App", "we") is a sound and meditation app for iOS published by VentureFactory / Inter rel llc. Contact: belkin024@gmail.com.

The short version

Your microphone audio never leaves your device. The App listens only to transform sound into your headphones in real time. Nothing you hum, say, or tap is recorded or transmitted — unless you explicitly tap Record, and even then the recording is saved only on your device and shared only when you choose to share it.

What we collect

• Account (optional). The App works without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we store your Apple-provided user identifier and display name in our database (Supabase) to sync your profile.
• Your creations. Saved mixes, practice summaries, and session recordings are stored locally on your device.
• Microphone. Used in real time for live sound transformation and voice analysis. Not recorded, not transmitted. Room tuning stores only two numbers (noise level and brightness) on your device.

What we do not do

• No selling of data. No advertising. No trackers.
• No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in this version.
• No transmission of microphone audio, ever, without your explicit action.

Where data lives

Account profiles are stored with Supabase (AWS ap-southeast-1) protected by row-level security. Everything else stays on your device and is included in your standard iOS device backups.

Deleting your data

Settings → Account → Delete Account permanently removes your account and server-side data within seconds. Deleting the App removes all locally stored content.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and note the new effective date above.
